U&I Rescue was founded from conversations between two dog lovers. Our vision is to make the world a better place for those who cannot voice themselves. Follow us and be a part of our story as we begin the journey in our hometown, Aizawl.

OUR MISSION

U&I Rescue is a non-profit dedicated to the rescue of dogs in need of a home and to improve animal welfare rights. Our mission is to help canines secure a loving home and promote educational programs for our society to embrace kind attitudes towards animals.
Recognising the danger posed by the dog meat trade in north-east India, we are committed to the protection and preservation of the native Mizo dog breed, Zo Ui.
